PT AND TRAINING

PT :Mountain Cold Weather Company meets four days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday) at 0530 behind goodyear. A PT Plan is created at the beginning of every week with a variety of sessions that focus on challenging you, improving APFT Scores, and sharpening mountaineering skills, and working as a team.

TRAINING : Training for Both Greenstick and Blackhat Platoon takes place on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1600 - 1800. The company forms up outside of the Shack (Student Service Center) and performs training all around campus, including inside the shack, the 50' high tower, and the quarry on Paine Mtn. Training occurs year round and also includes many training events throughout the year.
